<p>PURPOSE:To provide a method and device for continuously, efficiently manufacturing a laminated molding wherein a composite material of fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin and another matrial are integrally formed. CONSTITUTION:A stop wherein a film-, sheet-or plate-shaped base material 20 is continuously fed and a step wherein composite sheets 10, 11 containing continuous long fibers arranged in one direction and having a weight content of 40-85% of the continuous long fibers are fed continuously in the same direction and at the same speed as the base material ar performed. Further a step wherein the composite sheets 10, 11 are superposed on one side or on both sides or over the entire surface of the material 20, which are, under such conditions, compressed and formed into a signal body, which being heated at a temperature higher than a softening point of thermoplastic resin of the sheets and are removed from a mold and a step wherein a laminated molding 2 in the from of a single body is cooled are performed.</p> |
