The heater comprises a blower (3) sending the air to the room via the duct (3) for warm air; a combust ion duct (4) supplying the outdoor air and the fuel; a burner (6) heating the air which passes through the above duct (2); a control device (10) controlling the blower (3). The control device (10) has a device converting the level of combustion state, a device delaying the combustion, and a device controlling the quantity of the ventilation.
