The subject of the present patent application is an implant characterised in that it comprises a support of biological origin permitting the biological anchoring of cells previously placed in contact with constituents capable of inducing and/or of promoting their gelling, the said cells being chosen for their capacity to express and to secrete, naturally, or after recombination, a specific compound, for example a compound of therapeutic interest.
