It comprises a vertical disc (1) mounted so that it can pivot on a horizontal rotation spindle (12) located inside a hollow cylinder (31) integral with a frame, the said disc (1) and the said rotation spindle (12) having two extractable cylindrical parallel fingers (21) integral with a manually actuatable crank (2) passing axially through them, and a support (5) which can be secured to the frame fitting on facing the front face of the disc (1) from which the fingers (21) project, leaving a space of a width slightly greater than that of the hose to be wound up. <IMAGE>
