PURPOSE:To produce various exceptional character bit map data of the same character as that of one exceptional character bit map data, the exceptional character of which is registered, from the above-mentioned one exceptional character bit map data. CONSTITUTION:In the printer concerned, data converting means 21 and 22RD, an exceptional character vector data storing means 23D, a data selecting means 26S, a vector modified data inputting means 26R and data inverse converting means 21 and 22RR are provided so as to have the constitution, in which inputted exceptional character bit map data is converted to exceptional character vector data and the resultant data is stored and, at the same time, selected exceptional character vector data is inversely converted to exceptional character bit map data on the basis of inputted vector modified data. |
