PURPOSE:To obtain the subject drink containing small pieces of NATA DE COCO (a food material obtained by fermenting and forming coconut juice, etc.), capable of drinking without fork or spoon and excellent in texture and palatability. CONSTITUTION:This drink contains (A) preferably 0.1-70wt.% of NATA DE COCO small pieces having 1-10mm length of one side and further preferably (B) an acidic ingredient of citric acid and/or carbonic acid and fruit juice and milk ingredient. |
