A detecting means 43 composed of a fixed contact piece 44 and a movable contact piece 45 is arranged. When replenishing paper sheets are loaded on the table 41 beyond the limit when the paper sheets are replenished, the movable contact piece 45 is pushed down by the table 41 lowered against the elastic members 40..., and is separated from the fixed contact piece 44, and a raising and lowering motor 48 of the raising and lowering mechanism is prevented from being actuated.</p> |
