The rotor according to the invention allows the blades to be fastened with very limited rotation as regards their positioning on the rim of the rotor. The blades (10) are connected together in pairs to form a doublet. Two adjacent blades (10) may thus be connected together by welding (20) in the region of their platform (8). In this way, the length of the lateral bearing surface on the rim of the rotor is therefore increased. Rotation is thereby limited.
