<p>PURPOSE:To carry out monophyletically unnecessary radiation line preventing countermeasure, high voltage wiring treatment, and cooling of heating parts so as to make them suitable for practical use easily by providing a filter for collecting particulates staying in exhaust gas inside of a heating space in which microwave is supplied and storing integratedly a microwave generating means, a driving power supply unit, and a distributing means. CONSTITUTION:A heating space 15 is provided on the way of the exhaust pipe 13 of an internal combustion engine 14, so as to receive a filter 16 for collecting particulates, microwave generated by a microwave generating means 17 is divided into two systems by a wave guide 18, the microwaves are transmitted by coaxial transmitting means 19, 20, and the microwaves are radiated from microwave radiating means 21, 22 to the heating space 15. The microwave generating means 17, the driving power supply part 23 therefor and the distribution means 18 are stored integratedly in a storing part 24 composed of a metal container body. It is thus possible to carry out monophletically unnecessary radiation line preventing countermeasure, high voltage wiring treatment, and cooling of heating parts. By separating mounting of a microwave generating part from that of a microwave acting part, the freedom degree for mounting a device is improved extremely.</p> |
