摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To provide the quantity of a blood flow in real time by obtaining the correct blood flow speed and the blood vessel diameter from the measured blood vessel position with respect to the irradiating position of a laser beam and the detecting position. CONSTITUTION:A luminous flux from a measuring light source 39 for emitting He-Ne laser beam is projected on the eyeground Ea of a testee eye E, some of reflected light from the eyeground Ea is reflected by a pair of small mirrors 32a in the back of an apertured mirror 30 to be received by a multiplier 41a, and the blood flow speed is calculated by a blood flow speed calculating part 81. The remainder of reflected light fro the eyeground is detected by a CCD sensor 71 of a blood vessel detecting system 67 through an image stabilizer 34 and an observation optical system 35, and the blood vessel diameter is calculated by a blood vessel diameter calculating part 85. The blood flow speed and the blood diameter are obtained in synchronization with each other by a synchronous signal generating circuit 87, and the quantity of a blood flow of a measured blood vessel Ev is calculated from the above signals in a blood flow quantity calculating part 82.</p>
