PURPOSE:To provide a producing device, by which a sharp and fine rugged pattern is easily and surely given to the both sides of a film base material and which is good in production efficiency as devices in which setting resin is applied to the printing surface of a roll intaglio and also it is cured to form a rugged pattern while the film base material is closely adhered to the roll intaglio through the resin. CONSTITUTION:In two coating parts 10a, 10b, resin feeders 5a, 5b are installed so that cach of them may be reversed in the vertical relationship with respect to roll intaglios 3a, 3b mutually rotating in the opposite direction. An applicator roll 11 is used for the resin feeder device 5 installed under the roll intaglio 3, and a T-die type nozzle is used for the resin feeder 5 installed above the roll intaglio 3. Further, two curing devices are provided for one roll intaglio 3 so that an angle, acute angleS1OS2, between two meeting lines connecting the center O of the roll intaglio and radiation sources S1, S2 may be 70-110 deg.. |
