摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To provide a compact and low-cost electric field device for gas oxidation by using a first image wall coated with a dielectric of image walls for each flow path as a first electrode and the other image walls as a second electrode, and at the same time, making the first electrode continuously across at least two image walls. CONSTITUTION:A reaction container 1 is of a square cylindrical shape and has 12 flow paths (a), each of which is surrounded by four image walls 11a to 11d. One of these image walls 11a consists of a dielectric 2a made of ceramics, glass, etc., coated over the under surface of a main electrode system 2b made of aluminum or stainless steel foil. This image wall 11d is allowed to act as a first electrode 2 which is formed as a single sheet by continuously connecting each flow path (a) of vertical four flow paths (a). Further, the other image walls 11a to 11c of the flow path (a) are also connected continuously in a monolithic form and is allowed to act as a second electrode 20.</p>
