<p>PURPOSE:To make execution of uniform kneading possible without giving a large load to a kneader, by crushing a rubber sheet for fresh kneading and a rubber sheet for return to be like chips by crushers respectively and by kneading them together by the kneader after weighing. CONSTITUTION:A rubber sheet 9 for fresh kneading which contains short fibers is drawn out from a transfer truck 2 whereon it is rolled up, and is conveyed upward, held by main and subordinate conveyor belts 20 and 21 of a first sheet conveying part 3 between, and charged in a first crusher 4. At the same time, a rubber sheet 10 for return which contains short fibers is conveyed also upward by a main conveyor belt 27 of a second sheet conveying part 5 and charged in a second crusher 6. Thereby the rubber sheets 9 and 10 are crushed to be like chips respectively. The chip-like rubber thus obtained is put on a conveyor belt of a weighing conveyor device and weighed, and after weighing, the chip- like rubber is kneaded in a kneader 8. Accordingly, kneading can be executed easily and uniformly without applying a large load on the kneader 8.</p> |
