<p>PURPOSE:To provide a tank having a drain bolt where no oil leaks from a drain hole even when a seat hole of a drain seat or a bolt part of the drain bolt is not correctly orthogonal. CONSTITUTION:An oil pan 4 as a tank is provided with a drain seat 5 provided on a bottom plate 41, a drain bolt 1 which is screwed into a seat hole 50 of a drain seat 5 through a drain hole 45 of the bottom plate 41, and a gasket 3. At least one of gasket contact surfaces 1 21, 411 of a bolt flange 12 or the bottom plate 41 are provided with a clearance groove 120 where a part of the gasket 3 is press-fitted when the drain bolt 1 is tightened. The clearance groove 120 is provided along the outer circumference of the bolt part 11 of the drain bolt 1. The clearance groove is provided, for example, on the gasket contact surface 121 in an annular manner.</p> |
