The device provides independently the function of air conditioning and the function of air cleaning. The device comprises a heater (10), an air cleaning device (13), a pushbutton switch (32) ordering the cleaning device (13) to work, and the operation memory device keeping the order to the above button (32). The device can also apply to any heat or the cooling device.
