PRODUCTION OF BRANCHED OLEFIN

摘要

PURPOSE:To provide an industrially advantageous process for the production of a branched olefin, effective for increasing the selectivity of branched olefin while keeping the conversion ratio of a straight-chain olefin and capable of producing a branched olein in a high yield. CONSTITUTION:A branched olefin is produced by isomerizing the skeleton of a straight-chain olefin in the presence of an alumina boria catalyst having an XPS intensity ratio (IB/IAl) of 0.005-0.12.
