PRODUCTION OF SINTERED BA(MG1/3TA2/3)O3

摘要

PURPOSE:To provide a process for the production of a sintered Ba(Mg1/3Ta2/3)O3 capable of improving the poor sinterability of the compound to increase the density of the sintered product without deteriorating the excellent characteristic properties of sintered Ba(Mg1/3Ta2/3)O3 (BMT ceramics). CONSTITUTION:This process for the production of sintered Ba(Mg1/3Ta2/3)O3 contains a step to mix raw materials for Ba(Mg1/3Ta2/3)O3 with each other, a step to prepare calcined powder by calcining the raw materials, a step to form a formed article by pressing the calcined powder and a step to bake the formed article. In the production process, the calcined powder contains <1mol% of Ba5Ta4O15 and Ba4Ta2O9 in total.
