COLORED CONCRETE AND ITS PRODUCTION

PURPOSE:To prevent decoloring at a low cost by using colored aggregate coated with pigment on the surface of powder of a solid resin such as FRP as a part of aggregate and kneading the aggregate with a bonding hardening material comprising primarily cement and water and aggregate such as sand. CONSTITUTION:Cut pieces of the FRP (where, waste material thereof is enough) are pulverized by a mill, and a desired pigment is charged into the mill and mired just before FRP powder having a desired particle size is obtained, and further the cut pieces is pulverized. Thus the colored aggregate 3 is obtained by coating the whole surface of each FRP powder 1 with the pigment 2. Next the aggregate 3 is kneaded with general aggregate such as sand, cement and water and is bonded and hardened to produce the colored concrete.
