PURPOSE:To prevent warpage and deformation at the time of the conclusion of joining by constraining a cooling member to inhibit the thermal expansion of this cooling member due to heating in the stage of brazing and soldering at the time of joining a target material to a cooling member via a brazing material. CONSTITUTION:A brazing material is provided between a target material 11 and a cooling member 12, which is heated and cooled to undergo brazing and soldering. At this time, the cooling member 12 is constrained from the outside peripheral direction on the lateral side of this member 12 by using a binding member 13, by which the thermal expansion of the cooling member 12 due to heating at the time of brazing and soldering can be inhibited. By this method, the target material 11 and the cooling member 12 can be joined together by a simplified means without causing warpage and deformation. |
