The invention relates to a cable bushing device (100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 600, 700) for passing a sheathed cable (3) through a wall perforation, - having a plug-in sleeve (6) which passes through the wall perforation and has a continuous interior which is compatible with the cable periphery, - having a clamping element for peripheral clamping of the cable sheath, - and having a clamping aid by means of which the clamping element can be constricted and the cable bushing device forms a seal on the wall region which surrounds the wall perforation. In addition, the cable bushing device contains the following parts: - an axially displaceable clamping sleeve (10) which is connected to the clamping aid (7) and whose displacement relative to the plug-in sleeve produces deformation of the clamping sleeve by means of contact with the plug-in sleeve or with the clamping aid, - a clamping element (11; 21) which is forced against the cable sheath (4) when the clamping sleeve (10) is deformed, so that the plug-in sleeve (6) is fixed axially with respect to the cable sheath (4), - and having a holding device in the region of the wall perforation, by means of which device the plug-in sleeve is connected to the wall, surrounding the perforation, when the clamping aid is displaced.
