PURPOSE:To provide a technique for obtaining foam of biodegradable resin and molding it in a suitable shape. CONSTITUTION:Moisture and biodegradable resin 10 are substantially cast in a cylindrical vessel, raised at its temperature to the vicinity of a softening point or a melting point to be fluidized in a heated and pressurized state while the resin 10 is forcibly fed, and its fluidized resin of the heated and pressurized state is injected in an atomized state from a narrow opening 12 of the vessel in permeable molds A. Biodegradable resin particles of the atomized state are charged in corners of the molds A to be foamed, the foamed cells are not collapsed, and uniform foam as shaped in the molds is obtained. |
