摘要 PURPOSE: To enable a holding of hydrophilic property even after drying by forming the hydrophilic semipermeable membrane with a blended mixture of >=70 wt.% polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF) and <=30 wt.% hydrophilic polymer. CONSTITUTION: >=70 wt.% PVDF and <=30 wt.%, hydrophilic polymer are blended, and the mixture is dissolved in a solvent such as dimethylformamide, N- methylpyrrolidone, dimethyl sulfoxide to prepare a homogeneous soln. Then the homogeneous soln. is cast to form the membrane, and the membrane is coagulated in a bath to form the hydrophilic semipermeable membrane. In such a case, the semipermeable membrane may be in a form of a hollow fiber, for example in the form of a small tube having <=1,500μm outer diameter and >=100μm inner diameter. Further, a concrete example of the hydrophilic polymer is cellulose acetate, particularly cellulose diacetate, etc.
