NOVEL SILYLATED BENZYLAMINE DERIVATIVES, SALTS THEREOF, METHODS OF MANUFACTURE AND PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITIONS CONTAINING THEM

Novel silylated benzylamine derivatives, salts thereof, methods of manufacture and pharmaceutical compositions containing them are disclosed. These compounds have general formula (I) where R1-R6, X, Z, n and m have the meaning given in the description. The pure enantiomers and racemates of these compounds, salts, solvates (e.g. hydrates) and bioprecursors which are therapeutically acceptable are also disclosed.
