The invention relates to a method for forming a fluoro resin coating on an object, which comprises adding a fluoro resin having a relatively high melting point, such as polytetrafluoroethylene or tetrafluoroethylene/perfluoroalkyl vinyl ether copolymer resin to a polyisocyanate or a polyester comprising a dibasic acid and a polyhydric alcohol, stirring the resulting mixture, and applying the stirred mixture on the surface of an article made of plastics or the like to thereby form a fluoro resin coating firmly bonded to the surface of the article.
