<p>Novel silylated benzylamine derivatives, salts thereof, methods of manufacture and pharmaceutical compositions containing them are disclosed. These compounds have general formula (I) where R1-R6, X, Z, n and m have the meaning given in the description. The pure enantiomers and racemates of these compounds, salts, solvates (e.g. hydrates) and bioprecursors which are therapeutically acceptable are also disclosed.</p> |
