Drug administration device for children with a drug chamber 2 and a drug guide 11. A rotating element 12 is located at the front end of the drug guide 11 and can be adjusted in rotation so that the liquid drug in the drug chamber 2 is selectively injected in one direction upwards or in two lateral directions in order to treat different regions in the oral cavity of a child. The drug chamber 2 and the drug guide 11 are obliquely connected to one another such that they include an angle of about 130 DEG between them, so that the oral cavity of the child is clearly visible even when the drug administration device is located in the mouth of a child, and so that no drug drips on to the tongue of the child before the drug guide 11 reaches the required treatment position, in order to prevent the child rejecting administration of the drug because of its unpleasant taste. <IMAGE>
