The double-walled exhaust pipe according to the present invention has an outer pipe, which forms an outer wall of the exhaust pipe, and an inner pipe, which forms an inner wall of the exhaust pipe, the outer pipe and the inner pipe being fixed to one another at an exhaust inlet section, which forms a reference point for the thermal expansion of the inner and the outer pipe. The double-walled exhaust pipe according to the present invention has at least one curved section. Furthermore, the inner pipe of the double-walled exhaust pipe is divided into two elongated pipe areas, at least one slide connection, which connects the areas of the inner pipe in order to permit a relative longitudinal slide movement of the pipe areas, being arranged between the exhaust inlet section and the curved section with the greatest angle of curvature.
