Home position of a punching device should be constant to punch many connected plates. The center punching device guarantees a constant and accurate punching home position over many punching operations. The device can be disassembled partially to be moved easily, so that punching efficiency and portability can be increased. The device comprises a rotatable punching table (10), a supporting column (20), a height changeable support arm (30), a ascending/ descending part (40) located at the end of the support arm, a driving device (50), a gage frame (60) having several punch guiding holes (62) , a punch assembly fired in the punch guiding holes.
