In the case of a motor vehicle with a steering column which cannot be adjusted longitudinally, with control pedals in the leg room and with a seat which can be displaced in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle, the seat and the pedals are arranged on a frame which can be secured on the vehicle floor in a manner which allows it to be displaced in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle, it being possible for the seat to be displaced on the frame likewise in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle and for it to be locked in position.
