PURPOSE:To provide a high dielectric composition, with a less dielectric loss, enabling low temperature sintering, by specifying the composition of Pb (Fe1/2Nb1/2)O3, Pb(Co1/3Nb2/3)O3 and Pb (Ni1/3Ta2/3)O3. CONSTITUTION:An initial material is prepared by properly mixing 62.92 to 67.57% PbO by weight, 1.78 to 10.88% Fe2O3, 11.20 to 25.40% Nb2O5 0 to 16.55% Ta2O5, 0 to 6.32% Co and 0 to 2.80% NiO together so as to satisfy the Pb(Fe1/2Nb1/2)O3 - Pb(Co1/3Nb2/3)O3 - Pb(Ni1/3Ta2/3)O3 ternary system composition diagram, provided that the point of the composition lies in the area, surrounded by the lines A-B, B-C, C-D and D-A, excluding the lines A-B and C-D. The material thus prepared is tentatively sintered and brought into a solid phase reaction. Then, after crushed into a powder with a grain of mu, the compound thus powdered is molded and sintered in a sealed furnace to form a procelain element. |
