PURPOSE:To improve design properties, soundproofing properties and sound- damping properties, by a method wherein after a heated laminated sheet is put on a suction-molding die, the laminated sheet is molded by performing suction molding under a state where the whole of a synthetic resin layer and a part of a metallic layer of the laminated layer run along the uneven surface of the die and a widthwise spatial part is formed between those layers. CONSTITUTION:A synthetic resin layer 2 is softened into a moldable state and an adhesive agent layer 4 is heat-activated by heating a laminated sheet 1 constituted of the synthetic resin layer 2 and a metallic layer 3 formed on one side of the synthetic resin layer 2 through a heat-activated adhesive agent layer 4. Then the laminated sheet 1 is suction-molded on a suction-molding die 5 so that the whole of the synthetic resin layer 2 and a part of the metallic layer 3 run along an uneven surface 6 of the die 5. Along with this molding, a widthwise spatial part 7 where an adhesive agent layer is peeled off is formed between these layers 2, 3 and a desired sheet is obtained. |
