PURPOSE:To obtain sea tangle having good figure and rich in stock by applying hot air to a dried sea tangle to give a specific hardness to the sea tangle, then smoothing creases of sea tangle with rollers, removing impurity and subjecting the treated sea tangle to press cutting into a prescribed shape with a rotation board or plane board having carved design. CONSTITUTION:Hot air is applied to a dried sea tangle to give sea tangle having 41-76, preferably 52-58 hardness, which is then subjected to creases smoothing operation with rollers and impurities are removed therefrom and the sea tangle is subjected to press cutting into a prescribed shape with a rotation board or plane board having carved design to provide the processed sea tangle. |
