<p>Starting from a deliberate assembly of a sensory element and a valve incorporated in the gas pipe with connection to the electric circuit, the invention consists in triggering without any manual intervention of its user the gas burner of a professional type gas cooker by the simple positioning of a pan, casserole or pot on the burner. The system can be used in all professional cookers and makes it possible to save on the consumption of gas and to reduce the loss of oxygen and the development of high temperatures in closed places. <IMAGE></p> |
