<p>The invention relates to an articulated arm for the supporting structure of canvas awnings of the sort generally including two tubular arm elements joined together by a central joint and through which a tensioning means passes. The articulated arm according to the invention is characterised in that each arm element (1, 2) includes, along its entire length, a longitudinal opening (3, 4) able to allow the tensioning means to be fitted, and two internal longitudinal passages (5, 6) open at each end able to allow the fastening of each end of each part of the central joint (7, 8) which includes two tenons (9, 10) able to be housed in the ends of the said longitudinal passages (5, 6). <IMAGE></p> |
