PURPOSE:To change smoothly the brightness of the flashing automatic light emitting elements by displaying in illustration the air flow in and out and by providing after-glow circuits in sequential circuits which flash the automatic light emitting elements in a given order at their positions on the display part. CONSTITUTION:When the pulse train output voltage is supplied to first to third sequential circuits 701, 702 and 71 which include first to fourth after-glow circuits 661 to 664, a voltage is supplied to the lamp L1 to light it and a voltage is also supplied to the lamp L2 with a predetermined phase delay before the voltage supplied to the lamp L1 becomes zero. Thus a plurality of lamps can be flashed smoothly and periodically with an after-glow characteristic.
