Improvements to the subject of main Patent No. 9101062, submitted on 26 April 1991, for ballast-tank elements for a double-hull boat

Ballast-tank elements for a double-hull boat which consist of a medium-width double-bottom ballast tank and a lateral ballast tank. The medium-width double-bottom ballast tank has a conduit for access to the tank which is located inside the double side of the hull. Preferably, the conduit for access to the tank has at least one width equivalent to a frame. The lateral ballast tank is located inside the double hull, adjacent to the conduit for access to the tank. The ballast-tank elements are used preferably in mutually opposite and adjacent pairs. These pairs of ballast-tank elements may be used together with ballast-tank elements of double hull, without internal subdivisions. <IMAGE>
