<p>PURPOSE:To make the lead wire connecting work easy by holding an electric component electrically connected to a winding on a supporting part integrally fitted to a bobbin. CONSTITUTION:Within a holder 14 integrally fitted to the secondary bobbin 3, a supporting component 14a supporting a Zener diode 9 and an elastic protrusion 14b for engaging with this Zener diode 9 are integrally molded. In such a constitution, in order to connect the Zener diode 9, firstly, the Zener diode 9 is fitted to the supporting part 14a of the holder 14 so as to be engaged with the protrusion 14b using the elasticity thereof. Next, the lead wire of the Zener diode 9 left intact in such a state is soldered onto terminals 12, 13 to be connected by welding step, etc. Through these procedures, an elastic component can be easily positioned to assure the soldering, welding step, etc., thereby enabling the title ignition coil having high productivity and stable quality to be obtained at low cost.</p> |
