PURPOSE:To protect a switching element against phase lead breakdown due to phase lead operation. CONSTITUTION:An auxiliary inductance 14 is connected in series with a load circuit 100 at a position close to each switching element 7, 8. An auxiliary rectifier 12 (130 is connected in parallel with the switching element 7 (8) through the auxiliary inductor 14. Forward direction of each auxiliary rectifier 12 (13) is matched with the forward direction of the switching element 7 (8) connected in series therewith. |
