PURPOSE:To obtain the device by which a third party cannot easily intercept information through the use of a common cryptography. CONSTITUTION:A host station communicates data to a reception terminal equipment through a radio channel and connects the both by a telephone line and the reception terminal equipment up-loads use application information including an identification number of data through the telephone line. The host station sends a ciphering procedure to the reception terminal equipment, collates the use application information up-loaded by the reception terminal equipment with the use application information to be up-loaded and sends a use permission signal to the reception terminal equipment through a telephone line when they are identical to each other. The reception terminal equipment is provided with a reception unit 3 processing received data into binary data, an information reproduction unit 6 making data processing in response to the property of various data, a control program storage device 10 storing a program for the processing and a CPU 1 controlling them. When the use permission signal is received from the host station, a CPU reads the program from said control program storage device to process data. |
