PURPOSE:To prevent data to be sent preferentially rather than image data from being troubled by sending the image data concerning the image data transmission processing system for an image terminal equipment. CONSTITUTION:When generating preferential data with a preferential data generation part 103, compressibility is increased by an image compressibility changing means 110, and graphic data are sent while the image data are divided by an image data dividing and sending means 120. Next, a picture size is reduced by a picture size changing means 130, a time interval to fetch the image data is extended by an image data fetch interval changing means 140, and picture elements are thinned and extracted by a picture element fetch interval change part 150. Thus, the amount of image data to be sent to a communications line 200 is reduced, the sending term of preferential data can be sured speedily, and the preferential data can be preferentially sent out.
