The panel is designed to protect any premise against breaking into them. It has improved reliability and better technology, reduced weight and lower cost. The panel consists of two parallel steel plates (1 & 2) sandwiching protection filling (3) including a filler of a compound mixed with a fraction of zirconium refractories, rubber particles and PVC granules. Tubular steel elements (4) are fitted and closed on their both sides in the protection filling in which elements (4), steel rods (5) are fitted having the facility to freely move in all directions. The protection filling (3) is reinforced by metal pins (6) chaotically placed in it.
