The shutting valve is used in industry and in the household for the control of fluid flows. It is manually driven and it ensures smooth opening and increased wear reistance. The shutting valve consists of a body (1), cartidge (2), plunger (3) with front sealing (7) and a stem (4) with threading, axially and radially resting in the cartridge (2). Stem (4) is screwed in the plunger (3) which is moving and sealed in a cylindrical hole in the cartridge (2). Plunger (3) is fixed against overturning only as a result of the friction of the sealing system (6) in the cartridge (2) without any need for any other structural components. The sealing system (6) reduces friction and the wear in the axial movement of the plunger (3).
