PURPOSE:To unnecessitate a time slot and to improve information transmission efficiency by allowing a base station to receive a broadcast radio wave including a pulse signal, extracting the pulse signal and compensating a transmission timing of a frame synchronizing signal based thereon. CONSTITUTION:A broadcast radio wave received by a satellite broadcast receiver 130 via a BS antenna 120 in a base station 30 is inputted to a pulse extract device 140. The extract device 140 extracts a vertical synchronizing pulse in a vertical blanking line from a television signal and inputs it to a call timing controller 150. The call timing is generated from the input pulse at a controller 150 and inputted to a variable delay circuit 160. Thus, it is not required to make switching control of a transmission at inter-station phase control and of a radio relay installation, the setting of a time slot for phase compensation is unnecessitated and the information transmission efficiency is improved. |
