COUNT SYSTEM FOR TIMER

摘要

PURPOSE:To reduce the load of timer processing while reducing the cost with respect to the count system for timer in the information processing system requiring the timer processing. CONSTITUTION:A count preference means 1 receives timer start requests from timer requiring parts 2 and gives count priority levels to them in order from the timer start request having the smallest timer value at present and stores them in a storage means 3 as differences from the timer value corresponding to the highest count priority level. A count request means 4 requests the count start of respective timer values in the storage means 3 in accordance with count priority levels, and a timer part 5 counts timer values sent from the count request means 4 in response to this request and reports time-up simultaneously with count completion. time-up processing means 6 receives the time-up report to send the time-up report to corresponding timer requiring parts 2.
