The device can be applied in the food industry. It can separate and fit thermoshrinkable capsules individually, e.g. on bottles in automated mode with a facility for readjustment of different diameters and lengths of the capsules, simultaneously charging several stacks by means of a cassette, being built-in in the existing bottling lines. The device consists of a cassette (2), mechanisms for individual separation of the stacks, for individual separation of the capsules and for individual filling of the capsules. Cassette (2) is fitted in a box (3) fitted to chute (21) and is executed in the form of an open box having bored holes for controlling the level of stacks. The mechanism for individual separation of stacks is made of a cutter (22) fitted to the rod of a pneumatic cylinder (25) and chute (21) which is executed in the form of a prism, mounted at an angle to the cantelever (19) and has a slot for the lower nozzle (20). The mechanism for individual separation of capsules is made of upper mobile nozzle (4) fixed at an angle and fitted to the guiding plate (8), a lower fixed nozzle (20) fixed at an angle and fitted to the chute (21) and a cutter (11) fitted to the small guiding plate (10) connected to the plate (8) by means of a spring (9). The mechanism for automatic fitting of the capsules is connected by means of a diffuser (12), receiving bushing (13), fixed plate (14) guiding chute (15), disk (16), pushing studs (17) and guiding bushings (18). Diffuser (12) and guiding chute (15) are fitted to the fixed plate (14) and its receiving bushing (13) is mounted to the axle of the revolving module (24). Disk (16) is executed with perforated holes in which the guiding bushing (18) are mounted, and the pushing studs (17) are fabricated as ribbed cantelever fitted to the disk (16).
