COOLER

摘要

The cooler is used in conventional foundry works, in particular in casting moulds. It evenly cools the metal in the zone of the body of the cooler, the hydraulic resistance is reduced and facilities are set up for changing the shape. The cooler consists of a body (1) with a holder (2) fixed to it, pointed at its free end (3). The body (1) is in the form of circular sections (4) of different diameters which gradually diminish towards its ends (5 & 6). The covering of the circular sections (4) has aerodynamic shape (streamlined). One of the sections (6) of the body (1) is connected by the holder (2).
