PURPOSE:To prevent dust particles from penetrating by a simple constitution and without lowering the efficiency of a space by a method wherein a sheet member having a hole whose shape is nearly identical to that of a photodetector is interposed between an optical-system holding block and a board provided with the photodetector. CONSTITUTION:A board 21 is fitted and bonded, via a sheet member 23, to the surface of a fixed optical block 20 at the photodetector mounting part of an optical-system holding block provided with a photodetector 13 on which light transmitting a beam splitter 11 is incident. A photodetector 12 on which reflected light by the beam splitter 11 is incident is fixed to the rear surface of an elastic part 21a at the board 21. Then, a hole space, 23a whose shape is nearly identical to that of the detector 12 is formed at the member 21, and an optical pickup device which can prevent dust particles from penetrating is formed by a simple constitution and without lowering the efficiency of a space. |
