PURPOSE:To provide a connector which makes the secure sealing of the lid of the vehicular side connector in an electric vehicle possible. CONSTITUTION:A lifting lid 6 is mounted on the upper side of a connector housing 2 so that the opening of the connector housing 2 can be opened and closed. A torsion spring 9 is wound around the mounting shaft 8 of the lifting lid 6 to constantly press the lifting lid 6 in its opening direction. A lock means 10 is provided below the connector housing 2 to hold the lifting lid 6 closed. When the lifting lid 6 is left open, it is opened up to the position of the true line in the figure, whereas when closed it is locked in the position of the broken line by the lock means 10. |
