PURPOSE:To prevent the troubles of misalignment by removing a part corresponding to the flexible part of prepreg used for bonding a rigid board to a flexible board and integrally forming the rigid board and the flexible board. CONSTITUTION:A cover film 2 is formed on a flexible board 1 whereupon a circuit is formed by using an autoclave press, and as a rigid double-side copper-clad laminated board, a board which has a 1.2mm thick insulating layer and a 18mum thick copper foil for one side and a 35mum thick copper foil for the other side is used. A circuit is formed on the 35mum thick copper foil in the same manner as the flexible board 1 so as to form a rigid board 4. Then, a half cut 15 is made on the boundary between the flexible part 14 and the rigid part 13 from the side which adheres to the flexible board 1 by using a creel-shaped die, blackening treatment is performed, prepreg 3 is processed by the creel-shaped die so as to insert one by one between the layers and the rigid part 13 and the flexible part 14 are stacked by using the autoclave press. Therefore, a rigid/flexible printed board which allows excellent heat resistance without contaminating the flexible part is provided. |
