MEDICAMENTOUS FORM FOR PROPHYLAXY AND THERAPY OF PUERPERAL INFECTIONS IN FARM ANIMALS AND METHOD FOR ITS PREPARATION

The medicamentous form can be used after births of farm animals. The use of filar carrier of the active substance having geometry and size like those of the animal uterus was made having high form of stability and spring action properties ensuring direct contact with its internal surface , direct release of the pharmacological drug on the infected sectors and exclusive adsorption capacity towards the inflammated uterine exudate obstructing the secretion of endotoxins in the focus of infection, not suppressing local immunity and greatly improving the therapeutical effect of the active substance. By the method , a proper geometrical shape, dimensions, form stability and antimicrobial activity is attributed to suitable filar material and such material is selected having the proper form, physicomechanical properties and the capability to attribute antimicrobial activity of a network for enveloping the uterine ellipsoid guaranteeing the secretion of the active substance.
